Workshops

Over 12+ months, our core program with optional additional modules takes young men deep, from exploring emotional range to building respectful relationships, to creating the roadmap for the man they want to become. With 97% of participants saying they’d recommend Tomorrow Man to a friend, our program isn’t just another workshop, it’s a transformative experience.

In a world where rigid stereotypes still shape young men’s lives, our student‑wellbeing modules challenge the status quo and offer something better: authenticity, connection and purpose. Evidence informed, built for boys in Years 9–12 and aligned with whole‑school culture, this is where they begin rewriting the code to create a better tomorrow for themselves, their loved ones and their communities.

97% of young men said they would recommend Tomorrow Man to their mates

“I realised some of my friends were too scared to show their emotions around me and our other mates, so I’ll make an effort to check up on them and support them through their tough times.”

YEAR 7

Agency

Starting high school can feel like a lot. New routines, teachers, expectations and friendships all arrive at once, while many students are still learning how to regulate big emotions, speak up for themselves and make thoughtful choices. This workshop a sense of agency helps young people find their footing, participate more confidently and realise they have a say in how their high school experience unfolds.

YEAR 8

CULTURE

As friendships become more central, social dynamics can feel increasingly complex. Many students experience pressure to fit in, fear of judgement or uncertainty about where they belong. This workshop creates space to reflect on friendships and social behaviour helps students build empathy, strengthen connection and contribute to a more inclusive year level culture.

YEAR 9

IDENTITY

As students move toward greater independence, questions around identity, values and behaviour become more present. Increased social influence can place pressure on decision making and relationships. In this workshop we help students pause and reflect to better understand who they are, what they stand for, and how their actions impact others.

Suggested workshop Sequencing

Our programs are designed to work best together. By weaving workshops for students, teachers and parents with reflective online tasks, we help schools build a shared language and stronger outcomes across the whole community.

Our core school program builds progressively across seven modules from Years 7–12. Complementary workshops such as In Her Shoes and Middle Ground, along with tailored sessions for teachers and parents, ensure everyone around the student is supported to show up, speak up and grow together.
