Relationships, intimacy and connection can feel like navigating a maze. They can be confusing, murky and often overwhelming. Add in the internet’s influence, with porn only a click away, and it’s no wonder these topics are tough to figure out.
This workshop will cut through the noise and help participants uncover what it really takes to build meaningful, healthy relationships.
The workshop explores the benefits of accessing different types of energy and how finding balance leads to sustainability, healthier relationships and better mental health.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The world of sex, intimacy and connection is murky and confusing and with access to porn only a click away, learning from the internet is problematic.
The stereotype tells us that, in relationships, men’s energy is often exerted physically, with dominance, and sometimes aggression or force.
We explore the skills of navigating the often nuanced and sometimes challenging conversations required in forging connection, delving into love, relationships and heartbreak.

Develops a deeper understanding of intimacy and how contextual factors shape perceptions, addressing challenges faced by women and the impact of patriarchy.

Enhances awareness and responsible engagement in intimate relationships, encouraging open and honest conversations about sex and relationships.

Promotes positive relational legacies through moment-to-moment awareness, effective communication, and maintaining consent.
