About this module
From the moment we’re born, gendered expectations start to shape how we view ourselves and the world around us. These stereotypes can both uplift and confine us, influencing how we connect with others and navigate life.
In ‘Breaking TheMan Code’, we’ll explore how these expectations impact young men and the people around them.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This workshop is a space to explore what it means to “be a man” and redefine it in a way that encourages growth, connection, and authenticity.
Participants will jump into meaningful discussions about which traits serve them and which can cause harm.
Through interactive activities like step to the line, active listening, talking with gravity and holding space, they’ll build tools to challenge stereotypes and embrace vulnerability.
